2025 Annual Summit
We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 ADF Summit, which will be held from Oct 6 - 8, 2025 at the Flamingo, Las Vegas, NV.
To register for the event, please be sure you are logged into the website to receive the member discount. Summit Registration will close on October 1.
If you're arriving early on October 6th, we cordially invite you to join our Annual Business Meeting, where we will hold elections for the President and Treasurer positions. The meeting will be followed by a welcome reception, offering the first opportunity to visit with our generous sponsors.
Hotel Information
The negotiated hotel rate is $153/night plus $20/night resort fee and any applicable taxes. This rate will close on Sep 14th, or when full. Please reserve your room sooner than later to take advantage of this rate. While we understand there are a multitude of hotel choices in Las Vegas, staying at the host resort allows us to continue to offer this program. Please use the link below to book your room!

First-Timers' Scholarship
If this is your first time joining us, please consider applying for our scholarship. Awards include a two-night hotel stay and a waived registration fee. Applicants should register as normal, and fees will be refunded if you are selected.
