ADF's position opposing the practice of re ote dispatching and its impact on situational awareness and DRM.
ADF has taken a firm public position opposing the practice of remote dispatching, citing serious concerns about the erosion of situational awareness and Dispatcher Resource Management. In August 2020, ADF communicated these concerns directly to FAA Administrator Steve Dickson, arguing that the collaborative environment of a dispatch operations center is essential to maintaining the safety standards that the flying public depends on.
