ADF Orlando Meetings Rescheduled – New Dates February 22–23
Due to significant winter weather impacting large portions of the country, the ADF Executive Board has made the decision to reschedule our upcoming Orlando events. This decision was reached after careful consideration of travel safety, operational disruptions, and the potential impact on our members’ ability to attend safely.
The revised schedule is as follows:

Sunday, February 22, 2026
ADF Business Meeting
Monday, February 23, 2026
All events will remain in Orlando and will proceed as originally planned on the new dates. Registered attendees will receive updated event details, and hotel arrangements will be honored at the original contracted rates.
We recognize that rescheduling creates inconvenience, but the safety of our members and their ability to travel responsibly must come first. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure a successful and well-attended meeting.
