As we communicated on Wednesday, due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Milton, the 2024 ADF Summit will not take place as originally planned.
After evaluating the options for postponement, the ADF Board has reached the difficult decision to cancel the 2024 ADF Summit.
All room reservations made through the official ADF room block have been automatically cancelled. If you booked accommodations outside of this block, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
Any amount paid to the ADF for the summit, will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
The Annual Business Meeting will take place at the SpringHill Suites DFW Airport South on October 15th from 1200-1700 central. Please note, this is a meeting to discuss the business of the organization, NOT a conference. Hotel rooms are limited, with no room block established. Catering will not be provided. While the meeting is open to all ADF members, we do ask that you register your intent to attend via the website (https://dispatcher.org/meeting/829-annual-business-meeting).
The Airline Dispatchers Federation will continue its annual Summit series in 2025, with location and dates to be announced in the first quarter of the year.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this challenging time, and look forward to seeing you next year!
