Summit 2026 - Indianapolis

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 ADF Summit, which will be held from September 28-30, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.

The Airline Dispatchers Federation invites dispatchers, pilots, air traffic controllers, and representatives from government and industry for discussion panels, career development, industry updates, and of course - raffle prizes.

Anyone is welcome to register. Whether you’re actively working in dispatch, exploring the profession, or collaborating across the aviation ecosystem, the ADF Summit provides a valuable forum for connection and insight.

We look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis!

Event Schedule Highlights

●        September 28
o   1:30pm - 4:00pm ADF Annual Business Meeting (for ADF members) - will include elections for Executive Vice President and Secretary positions
o   5pm - 7pm Welcome Reception with sponsors (for all Summit attendees)

●        September 29 (full day) and September 30 (half day)
o   Full Summit programming - panels, presentations, and more!
o   Some food and beverage included (to be announced with tentative agenda)

A tentative agenda will be published closer to the event.

Registration Deadline: September 23, 2026

ADF Members

●        $75 — through June 30
●        $100 — July 1 to August 31
●        $125 — September 1 to September 23

Non-Members

●        $150 — through June 30
●        $200— July 1 to August 31
●        $250 — September 1 to September 23

Note: Members must be logged in to the ADF website to access the member discount. Non-members may join ADF for a $30 annual fee to take advantage of the discounted rate. Anyone who does not meet the criteria to join as a Regular Member may join as an Associate Member.

Host Hotel: Hyatt Regency Indianapolis
Negotiated Rate: $169/night plus applicable taxes

This special hotel rate will close on September 8th, or when full. Please reserve your room soon to take advantage of this rate.
